Congratulations - you’ve opened your shiny new pair of AfterShokz headphones! As you pull your headphones and accessories out of the box, you notice something - a warranty card in the bottom of your box, reminding you to validate your 2-year warranty by registering your product at aftershokz.com.
If you’ve never done this before, it might seem a little intimidating. No worries; Team AfterShokz is here to walk you through the process step-by-step.
Step 1: Head to aftershokz.ca and scroll all the way down to the bottom. Click on the “Product Registration” button under “Support”.
Step 2: On the warranty page, click the “Create Account” button.
Step 3: Fill out your contact information, product information, and purchase information. Your model number and serial number can both be found on the warranty card included in your box. Your proof of purchase can be anything from a receipt to a confirmation email; but, if you don’t have proof of purchase, don’t worry! You can move forward without it, as long as you have your serial number.
Step 4: When your product has been registered successfully, you will see this green banner at the top of your screen. Head over to your email and click the confirmation link in order to select your new username and password.
Step 5: Reset your password and log in to the customer portal.
Step 6: You’re in! On this page, you’ll be able to register your products, view your already registered products, and visit the help center.
Step 7: If you have any trouble with your headphones down the line and need to file a warranty claim or would like to take advantage of our 90-day exchange/ upgrade programs, you can start these actions from your account. Simply click “View Registered Products” and select the action that you’d like to complete to start the process!
