While we hope you never need it, all of our headphones come with a two-year warranty that begins on your date of purchase. In the unlikely event that you experience a manufacturer defect, you can file a claim to receive a replacement pair of headphones. Filing and submitting a warranty claim can be completed in three simple steps.

2. COMPLETE + SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM FORM
Once you’ve completed and submitted the registration form, you’ll be given a registration code and a link to the warranty claim form.
3. YOU'LL HEAR FROM US SOON!
After you’ve completed and submitted the warranty claim form, a member of our warranty department will contact you within 2-3 business days to arrange a replacement.
